For those who don’t know, Bloodwulf was one of the characters in Image Comics’ ill-fated supergroup anthology from the early 90s, ‘Darker Image’. He was created by Rob Liefeld, who was hugely popular at the time. (The other two contributors were Jim Lee, who was only slightly more hugely popular, and the highly talented Sam Kieth, whose ‘Maxx’ was a big influence on me.) Bloodwulf is a parody of Lobo, a DC comics character who was also popular at the time, with lashings of Cable and Wolverine. The anthology folded after one issue.

I wuz makin’ some baba ganoush this morning, and I forgot to prick the eggplant when I roasted it. And this is what happens:
They blow up! This kinda reminds me of the time I wired this chump’s hearing aid to a pea-sized lump of C4 that I managed to stick on the side of his head. Bwahahahaha! Anyway I think I can salvage most of the eggplant flesh.
